The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India has selected Shri Monjib Mochahari, Assistant Professor, Centre for Studies in Journalism and Mass Communication for a Study Tour to Columbia University, USA, from 12 to 18 October, 2015. The Study Tour is organised by the Government of India on the occasion of the 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B R Ambedkar. Shri Mochahari is among the 25 faculty members selected for the tour from all over the country. Shri Mochahari is also pursuing his doctoral research at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Guwahati.
