Dibrugarh University observed World Environment Day on 05.06.2020 by organizing a tree plantation programme at D.U. West Campus. The Programme was arranged by Dibrugarh University Administration in association with D.U Officers’ Association. The Programme commenced at 10.00 a.m. with a welcome speech by Sri R. Buragohain, President, D.U. Officers Association. Dr. H. C. Mahanta, Registrar, Dibrugarh University inaugurated the programme by planting a Nahar sapling. The Dean of Student Affairs, Teachers, Officers, Employees and members of the Diburgarh University Mohila Chora took part in the programme.
